Begin your meal with the Mix Green Salad, a refreshing mix of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, and croutons for GHS 45.00, or try the Spicy Fried Calamari, perfectly deep-fried and served with tartar sauce—an excellent choice for seafood lovers at GHS 75.00.
The main attractions are their GC Specials, which include the GC Special Fried Rice for GHS 75.00. This dish combines an array of proteins—shrimps, chicken, squid, and beef strips—cooked in a savory tomato and butter sauce, beautifully topped with a fried egg. It's a dish that brings the flavors of Ghana directly to your plate, although some diners noted that the seafood elements could be a bit overcooked, which is a consideration for those sensitive to texture.
Also notable is the Waakye served with either beef or fish stew for GHS 55.00. This traditional dish features black-eyed beans cooked with rice, presenting a delightful mix of flavors when complemented by the rich stew. Add a boiled egg or 'wele' to enhance your meal experience for a nominal fee.
Reviews highlight the truly enjoyable atmosphere, yet there are hints that service could be improved—some patrons experienced delays in their food orders or mix-ups. However, the friendly demeanor of the staff often compensates for these minor oversights, creating a warm dining experience.

“ Ventured here late in the afternoon, off-peak so it wasn’t busy. We were given menus that didn’t have any food listed but the waitress quickly rectified this. Drinks were pretty cheap, 30GHS for Savannah Cider, which was a nice surprise. Food was decent portions, as mentioned by others the food is spicy but flavoursome - might be too hot for some palates. I had the GC Special rice e.g. Ghanaian special fried rice - very tasty but sadly some of the seafood elements were way too overcooked / chewy so I had to pick through the dish. The yam balls and Kelewele were really tasty too. I had tried to book this place online for later in the evening but I didn’t get a reply, so my advice is don’t bother. ”
“ The ambience is great. We arrived early. Service was quick. One reason we came was the live band which was advertised to start at 8pm. We waited up to 9 pm and beyond before the live band started. They should change the time advertised to 9pm ”
“ Ambience is great. There’s no entrance fee. Location is quite straightforward to find using Google maps. We had a meet-up on a Friday night & the music was quite loud- we had to raise our voices a bit to have conversations. DJ put in some old school tunes the crew liked though. Waiters were okay. Kudos to the team! ”
“ Great atmosphere! When we came there was a life band playing highlife music. The band really did a great job. We all enjoyed ourselves. The food was good. Just the service could need some improvement. Our order got mixed up and we partly didn’t receive what we ordered. But otherwise it was a great spot for a night out ”
“ Absolutely loved this place! The venue is lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was fantastic—just as delicious as what you'd find at Gold Coast in the UK. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be returning soon. ”
“ This is really a nice place to hang out if you ever visit Accra. The music, the food, the drinks, the dance, all on point. The washrooms are very neat. Definitely a perfect choice for a date too. ”
“ Ghanaians take their time to make food. Order an appetizer so you’re not starving. Everything else is excellent. The bathrooms are moderately clean. Music and food was excellent to the senses. ”
“ Great food. Our server was on point. Slow night so the crowd was sparse but nice layout. ”
